He completed his Surgical Residency at Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, Northshore University Hospital/Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He also completed a fellowship in Acute Care Surgery at NYC H+H Queens Hospital CenterDr Lopez specializes in Minimally Invasive Surgery - Laparoscopic and Robotic - to treat diseases of the abdomen, including complex/recurrent inguinal and incisional hernias, stomach, small and large intestine, gallbladder and pancreas problems.
